If you experience technical problems accessing your files, please contact us immediately.

We will:

  • Re-send your download links

  • Restore your account access

  • Assist with any access issues

We will always ensure you receive the digital product you paid for.

📌 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing a false chargeback for a delivered digital product constitutes fraud.
We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery to payment processors

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts

  • Deny future purchases
